Brand Strengthening

Designing Citizen Centred Communications for Sustainable Mobility in Pimpri Chinchwad
Role: Lead Strategist and Designer
Pimpri Chinchwad’s sustainable mobility work spans multiple departments - but to citizens, it all feels like one experience. The larger holistic vision was not coming through and multiple fragmented projects were getting confusing for citizens and other involved stakeholders.

I worked closely with the PCMC
government to create a unified brand for all things sustainable mobility—fresh, grounded, and credible.
We built out visuals, newsletters, videos, and a dedicated page on the city’s website - one of the first cohesive comms efforts of its kind in the Indian public sector!

Creating a knowledge platform for ITDP India to grow their community and thought leadership
Role: Lead Strategist and Programme Manager
At ITDP India, we launched Urbanlogue to grow our thought leadership and spark meaningful conversations in urban mobility.
Leading the strategy and execution - from shaping the platform’s vision to ensuring it delivered real impact.
The 2024 pilot brought together over 20 global and national subject experts, engaging over 10,000 viewers through a dynamic webinar series.
Today, Urbanlogue is evolving into a space for soulful, honest dialogue with the people shaping our cities, blending storytelling, strategy, and a belief in the power of good conversations.

Advancing Your Communications
Spearheading "Local Speaks" to Spark a Neighbourhood Community for the Voice of Malabar Hills
Noticing the underused potential of public spaces in Malabar Hill, Mumbai, we partnered with Voice of Malabar Hills - the local community newsletter—to co-create a participative neighbourhood initiative that celebrated the everyday heroes among us.

Through a series of thoughtfully curated sessions, we offered a platform for multiple speakers to share powerful stories, lived experiences, and bold ideas. From personal journeys to professional insights, each session sparked meaningful conversations and fostered a deeper sense of connection within the community.

The response was overwhelming - with hundreds of residents participating, tuning in, and engaging in the dialogue. Our team led the curation, outreach, and documentation efforts, capturing not just the stories, but the collective energy that brought the neighbourhood to life.

This wasn’t just an event. It was a reminder of the strength and spirit that exists right around the corner - waiting to be heard.

Morphing an annual report into a story that you can not stop reading
Role: Lead Strategist and Designer
In 2024, ITDP India led powerful, change-making projects across regions and sectors. But the bigger narrative - their unified vision and the ripple effect of their work - needed to be told.

To tell this story, I created an attractive microsite in alignment with their existing branding and playful communications that brought it all together!
Through clear storytelling and a cohesive design, the site showcased how diverse projects connected under one mission to drive lasting impact. It gave funders, partners, and stakeholders a compelling snapshot of ITDP India’s direction, why it matters, and the lives they touch.
