No more unsung impact. We make sure your projects will be remembered.

The Need
It is critical to demonstrate the real power of your projects to unlock funding, attract the right partners and scale up your work.
We understand that most teams push 'comms' to the end of a project cycle - few photos, a quick summary, maybe a social media post. Sometimes it’s an intern, sometimes a consultant on a tight deadline. And honestly, that’s understandable. Teams are stretched. Bandwidth is limited. Leadership is focused on implementation. Comms naturally takes a backseat.

But here’s the thing - this rushed output is the only version of your project the world will ever see.

Ever.

Your funders, partners, and decision-makers aren’t in the field with you. They don’t see the challenges you navigated, the trust you built, or the lives you touched.

So - are you really telling the story your projects deserve?
Here's what we're great at
Impact Documentation
Community Engagement
Campaign Development
Crafting Impactful Project Stories
We work with your field teams to deeply understand the heart of your project and then go on ground to capture the story first-hand.

By the end, we deliver what's needed - thoughtfully crafted to resonate with the audiences that matter.
Making Community Participation Real & Fun
We work with your teams to understand the intent of the interaction and design playful engagement tools that make participation feel natural.

Oh and we also train your team to lead it with confidence!
Creating & Running Project Campaigns
We work with your team to understand the change you’re seeking and co-create a campaign that brings it to life.
Then, we develop all the materials you need including content toolkits and guides, and build your team’s capacity to run and monitor the campaign confidently.

Community Engagement
Making a Strong Case for Funding Sustainable Mobility in India using Visual Storytelling & Play
Role: Lead Facilitator and Designer
For a group of IKEA Foundation ambassadors unfamiliar with India’s urban context, we needed to communicate the what, how, and why of ITDP India’s work - clearly and creatively.

We designed a visually rich, gamified experience that immersed them in the realities of Indian streets. The game simplified complex challenges and demonstrated the tangible transformations using engaging visuals and interactive storytelling! The session was eye opening, sparking genuine curiosity and connection.

“I didn’t know streets connected to so many socio-economic issues!”
“I want to move into urban planning after seeing your work!”

These ambassadors were responsible for guiding future IKEA Foundation funding so helping them deeply understand the problem - and the impact ITDP India is driving - was a major win.

Telling Impactful Project Stories
Documenting the Real Impact of Engagement for Impact India
Impact India leads community hygiene campaigns across remote villages in Maharashtra, focusing on menstrual health education for young girls. These sessions go beyond just information - they create safe spaces for open dialogue, break long-held taboos, and empower girls with knowledge about their own bodies.

Accompanying their teams into the field to document the programme, we listened to the young girls speak about their experiences. Many shared how these sessions helped them understand their menstrual cycles for the first time, replacing fear and shame with clarity and confidence.

Instead of a formal report, we created a series of photo essays and testimonials that told these stories with honesty and heart. The result was a raw, moving portrayal of how community engagement, when done right, can spark real shifts in behaviour, dignity, and self-worth.

Crafting Impactful Project Stories
Telling the Story of Three Years, Two National Programmes, One Journal
Role: Lead Communications
For three years, we partnered with the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs to help over 100 cities across India do something they’d never done before—talk to their people about streets, cycling, walking, and everything in between.

Through two ambitious national challenges—India Cycles4Change and Streets4People—we helped cities understand how to create and communicate sustainable mobility solutions. Clearly. Creatively. Consistently.

We created communication playbooks, message kits, storytelling templates, toolkits, dashboards, even a digital exhibition to showcase how cities were transforming public spaces and mindsets. At the end of the 3-year journey, we wrapped it all up in one big, playful coffee table notebook that captured the story, the strategies, the wins, and the impact. It was launched by Joint Secretary Kunal Kumar, IAS.

We didn’t just leave behind reports—we left behind tools, templates, and a narrative for cities to keep going, even after we concluded.

Campaign Development
Incentivising Govt. Officers across India to Change their Commute Behaviours
Role: Lead Strategist and Manager
Through a national campaign called 'Freedom2WalkCycleRun' we inentivised city leaders across India to walk, cycle, and run on their own streets to experience their cities like the people they serve!

Through a gamified, data-driven approach, over 150 officials across 35 cities logged journeys on Strava, tracked progress via live dashboards, and shared updates on WhatsApp. The competition was playful, but the outcomes were serious.

Leaders saw the cracks in infrastructure, felt the gaps in safety, and returned with stories, empathy, and renewed commitment. The campaign didn’t just track steps—it shifted mindsets and sparked policy conversations rooted in real-world experience.

Community Engagement
Creating a Visual Experience to Make Policies Real
Role: Lead Strategist and Manager
Through a focused engagement for Low Emission Zones, we invited citizens to step into the future—and imagine life under new clean air policies.

Using communication tools and thoughtful visual design, we created immersive, scenario-based discussions where people could realistically visualise what a Low Emission Zone would mean for them. What if their high-emission cars were banned? What if driving into the area cost more? What if cleaner transport was made easier?

In response, citizens moved cards across a board—symbolising real choices they’d make. Some opted to switch to e-vehicles, others chose public transport, cycling, or even moving closer to work. The engagement was playful, but the insights were powerful.

People didn’t just hear about the policy—they lived it. They debated, re-evaluated habits, and empathised with each other's dilemmas. The conversations revealed not just reactions, but readiness for change—and helped shape a more grounded, inclusive roadmap for LEZ implementation.
